We have been accredited the
Investor in People award in 2001, 2004 and again in October 2007. This helps support our pursuit in offering ongoing training and progression to Internal Branch and Support Staff alike. Spectrum Personnel Ltd are members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation where all staff are trained and comply with all procedures relating to Legislation and good practice recruitment. In December 2007 we were awarded our
Gangmaster Licence which allows us to legitimately supply staff to the Food Industry. We were finalists in the E-Business category at the Lanarkshire Business Awards 2006.
We have just won the award for
