Spectrum Personnel were formed in 2000. The management team of three have almost 50 years recruitment industry experience with Regional and Nationals. We are Motherwell based but cover Scotland into Northern England. Our new web site and back office service system were developed to incorporate our knowledge and experience into high quality recruitment tools. The system can store all client information and provides live business data e.g. current vacancies and candidate availability. The live jobs portal on our site provides a window to the service system, with vacancies deleted when filled. We can even input information many months in advance e.g. support staff holidays, seasonal pre-bookings etc. This innovation led to us receiving recognition for e-business development at the prestigious Lanarkshire Business Awards in 2006.
We are active members of the
REC and also have membership of their specialist Drivers and I.T & Comms sectors. This ensures all employment legislation is strictly adhered to.
The divisions we currently operate within are Distribution, Industrial, Commercial, Technical and IT. It is our intention to launch a new division each year after conducting market and feasibility research.

The majority of our business is temp with on average 160 temps out per week which is an increase of 30% year on year with 45 people placed in permanent jobs in the last financial year.
