To ensure all candidates whether temporary or permanent are as effective and productive as possible from the minute they commence employment, we will conduct be-spoke Inductions with our client's authorisation. These inductions can be held within our branch or on-site. Depending on recruitment volume, we would be happy to discuss placing a consultant on a client's site as a "bolt-on" extension of a their own permanent workforce to deal with all day to day staffing issues, timesheets and payroll, interviews and h.r queries.
