Customer Service Reviews We conduct 13 week Customer Service Reviews as standard. We assess all aspects of our service and aim for total satisfaction with our service in each of the categories discussed. Any areas of concern can be isolated with an improvement plan and timescale agreed. Surgeries We conduct weekly surgeries within clients' premises to consult with temporary staff updating on procedures etc.
