Recruitment Consultant (s) - Distribution and Technical Division
Up to £20,000 per annum + fantastic bonus (£200 to £250 bonus per month + 10% of profit)
Working in a team your duties will be to maintain current clients requirements and grow existing and new business through face to face meetings, telesales calls and lead generation.
Role
- Recruiting candidates by advertising on-line, telephone screening, interviewing, assessing skills and reference checking.
- Telephone sales selling the skills and experience of candidates recruited to our contact within the client organisation
- Matching candidates to outstanding vacancies using Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
- Travel will be required to generate business through conducting New Client Sales Visits and Customer Service Reviews.
- Entertaining clients to build excellent partnerships (when required)
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 0800 to 1730 with weekly and Weekend rotational On Call.
