£20,000 per annum + fantastic bonus (£200 to £250 bonus per month + 10% of profit)
Working in a team of 2 currently over achieving on expected targets your duties will be to maintain current clients requirements and grow existing and new business.
Role
- Recruiting staff by advertising on line, telephone screening, competency based interviewing, assessing skills and reference checking.
- Telephone and email sales selling the skills and experience of candidates
recruited to our contact within client organisation
- Matching candidates to outstanding vacancies using Job Descriptions and
Person Specifications.
- Travel essential generating business through conducting New Client Sales
Visits and Customer Service Reviews.
- Entertaining clients to build excellent partnerships.
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 0800 to 1730 with weekly and Weekend rotational On Call.

Induction and training will be completed on commencement of work by Line Manager
